CHANGE OF DATE FOR THE MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR THE LATE JOB MAINA
WAINAINA.

At the advice of the funeral director, we have had to expedite the funeral plans for our
beloved Job. Consequently, the memorial service and fundraiser have been moved to
Jan. 20th, 2013 at 4pm, at the Kenyan American Community Church (address provided
below). The memorial service as previously announced to be held on Jan 28th, 2013
has been cancelled. Sorry for inconvenience caused and the short notice. We look
forward to seeing you.

Job Maina Wainaina was killed in a gruesome road accident on January 15th, 2013 at
around 4pm. He was headed Southbound on I-575 heading home from work, when
he lost control of his car and was involved in a head-on collision with a Northbound
vehicle. His car rolled several times and caught fire when it came to rest. He was
trapped inside his car and could not be rescued on time. He was burnt beyond
recognition by the time the fire dept put off the blaze.

The family has requested that his remains be shipped back to Nakuru Kenya for burial.
It is based on this that we call on well wishers to assist in making this possible.

Job was the son of David and Sarah Wainaina. Brother to Ruth Wambui Wainaina,
Dorcas Njoki Wainaina and Sammy Njoroge Wainaina (all in Kenya). Nephew to Paul
and Irene Mugo (Kenya), Samuel and Lucy Maina(USA). Cousin to Paul Njenga Kung’u
and Ruth Wambui, both of USA.

Prayer meetings will be held as follows:
Jan. 18th at 7:00pm – Ruth Wambui’s house (2003 Windcliff Dr, Marietta 30067)
Jan. 19th at 5:00pm – Kenyan American Community Church (KACC)
Jan. 22nd, 23rd and 24th at 7:00pm – Ruth Wambui’s house (2003 Windcliff Dr,
Marietta 30067)
