CORD will WIN in FIRST ROUND and there will be NO RUNOFF - RAILA ODINGA

Tuesday January 15, 2013 - Prime Minister Raila Odinga has sensationally claimed that the Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) will win the March 4thgeneral election in round one, saying there will be no run-off.

Speaking after receiving Foreign Affairs Assistant Minister Richard Onyonka of PDP, Laisamis MP Joseph Lekuton (KANU) and former Tharaka MP Francis Kagwima on Monday, the PM said Infotrak Harris has given a hint of Kenya’s political direction.

Raila defended the local pollster saying they offer scientific data in their findings.

He said CORD has no control over the pollster as they are fairly regulated by the law.

“Let no one cheat you with the figures. They do not speak. The scientific data has clearly shown that CORD will win the upcoming election,”Raila said.

Raila also dismissed reports spreading in the media that the Jubilee Coalition has already attained 6.4 million votes saying it a plot to hoodwink CORD supporters.

According to reports, Uhuru’s strongholds have already attained a 4.7million mark with William Ruto‘s Rift Valley having 1.7 million mark which add up to 6.4 million.

Uhuru’s strongholds are; Central Kenya, Upper Eastern, Nairobi, Nakuru and Laikipia Counties which total to 4.7 million votes.

Ruto’s strong hold is the entire Kalenjin votes which totals to 1.7 million votes.
