LIVESTOCK Minister Mohamed Kuti yesterday called on pastoral communities in Upper Eastern to rally behind the Jubilee coalition in the March 4 general election in order to keep alive the spirit of development initiated by the Kibaki government.
The Minister said the coalition will also help implement some of the remaining projects, initiate new ones and fully implement the constitution in order to address myraids of challenges faced by the pastoralists communities in the region.
He said the jubilee coalition has identified and prioritized the pastoral regions as key areas for investment in order to come up with an affirmative plan to spur development.
