Thursday January 24, 2013 - Veteran politician Joseph Kamotho has sensationally said that he will mobilise Murang’a County residents to vote for the CORD alliance instead of the Jubilee alliance, claiming he was deliberately rigged out by TNA top officials.
Speaking on Tuesday in Nairobi, Kamotho who lost the Murang'a county senate seat to Kembi Gitura, accused TNA leadership of imposing preferred candidates on the people of the vote rich county.
Kamotho termed the just concluded nominations a total sham and vowed to campaign for non - TNA members in the region.
The former Kanu stalwart said he is reviewing his options on whether to remain in TNA which is member of the Jubilee Alliance or decamp to the CORD alliance which is spearheaded by Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Vice president Kalonzo Musyoka.
